Booking andStay Conditions

1. Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Arrival times should be arranged with the property to ensure a personalised welcome. Early access to the room may be possible, subject to prior agreement and room availability. Luggage storage can be arranged before check-in or after check-out.

2. Bookings, payments and cancellation

Payment, modification and cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected and are communicated at the time of booking. Any additional services requested during your stay will be charged according to the prices agreed in advance.

3. Breakfast and services

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Use of the outdoor hot tub is subject to reservation and availability. Any additional services must be arranged directly with the property.

4. Care of the Property

Fra le Righe is a home filled with works of art, furnishings and objects of particular emotional and artistic value. We kindly ask guests to respect the rooms, furniture and shared spaces, helping us preserve the atmosphere and tranquillity of the house. Any damage to the property or its contents may result in a request for compensation, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Personal Belongings

Guests are kindly asked to take care of their personal belongings and valuables during their stay. Fra le Righe cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items, except where liability is established by applicable law.

6. City Tax

The city tax in Catania is €3.50 per person per night, for a maximum of four nights, subject to any exemptions provided by local regulations. The tax is payable separately unless expressly included in the booking conditions.

7. Guest Identification

Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid identity document in accordance with Italian legal requirements.

8. Pets

Small pets are welcome at Fra le Righe, subject to prior agreement with the property.
